After my education advertising drawing at the art academy in Antwerp, I set up my own company at the age of twenty-two, general advertising work and screen printing.  Gradually the screen printing company became my main activity.

After wandering around the Himalayas for two months, I sold my shop at the age of thirty-five and started converting a barge into a houseboat and allowed artists to exhibit their works there.  Here I got the microbe back from my former passion, painting.

I currently enjoy my retirement in Hungary (Pécs) where I also live and enjoy the peace and beautiful nature.

My works (oil on canvas) are mostly humorous, seasoned with eroticism.

Giving a title to my paintings is a necessary evil, it partly deprives the spectators of their own imagination and interpretation.

Many of my works are suggestive.  What happens to one funny is shocking to the other.

I always start from vague sketches, but as the canvas progresses I let my imagination run free, as a result of which the original design has changed considerably.
