Located in the heart of Liège, in the convent of the Friars Minor, the Museum of Walloon Life offers an original look at Wallonia from the 19th century to the present day.
The convent of the Miners or convent of the Cordeliers is a convent of Liège located in the historic center in Hors-Château. Founded in the 13th century by the Franciscans, the convent was suppressed during the French Revolution. Close to the slopes of the Citadel, the building has housed the Museum of Walloon Life since the 1970s.
