This elegant hat from the Belgian brand "Donia Star" was created and made entirely by hand by Doinita Miculescu-Tomeci to wear to the hat competition on 11 May 2024 which takes place at Arcen Castle, Holland. The hat created for this prestigious international competition can be admired until June 11 in Arcen Castle, where it can also be purchased for those interested. Visitors to the exhibition can also vote for the public award.
